前日上网看通信新闻，发现一条劲爆消息：

Tellabs close to carrier access buy

Tellabs Inc. (Nasdaq: TLAB - message board; Frankfurt: BTLA) is close to acquiring Carrier Access Corp. (Nasdaq: CACS - message board), according to Light Reading sources close to both firms. The two firms have been in talks for a while, but that activity has accelerated now that Carrier Access has officially put itself on the block....

 

原来我们公司要被Tellabs收购了，看出的价，成交的可能性极大啊！怪不得前一阵子CEO给换了。

 

Tellabs主要看重的是Wireless Bachhaul 的产品，就是WSG部门。可是我在VISG部门，哈，不知道会怎么办。

 

Tellabs在张江也有研发中心也是刚刚成立的，正在大规模招兵买马，如果收购了我们公司，估计全部人员都会收编的。毕竟CACS也是花了很大力气才招到这一群比较senior的工程师，对于任何公司来说都是很有价值的。

 

不过又看到Nokia-Simens又要收购Tellabs...不知道什么情况了。
